Advanced Business Manager Service Software has been designed and developed to meet the specific needs of those companies with a service element to their business. It is a core module within Advanced Business Manager Accounting.
It can be used on its own, but ideally it is used alongside Advanced Business Manager Accounting to provide a complete solution. A link has also been designed for those users of Sage Line 50.
Advanced Business Manager Service works on standard Android or Apple devices which can be tracked. Within Advanced Business Manager Service the coordinates of any client can be recorded against their record. This information is available on Google maps which allows the scheduler to track the mobile devices so that arrival times can be determined.
The challenge for all service companies is to reduce paperwork, while maintaining focus on the key priorities of customer retention, engineer management and provision of an efficient, accurate billing service.
Regulatory requirements are increasing for all industries and when your engineer goes on site it is important that the following information is readily available:
- What was done previously?
- What actions he/she must now take?
- What follow-up actions remain after his/her visit and
- What updates he/she must send the service manager.
